NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2011 CA 005288 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2004-3, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-3 is the Plaintiff, and, GARY DEAN MAASENGALE, JR., A/K/A GARY DEAN MASSENGALE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DESIRE CHUB; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 2, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, GRIMLEY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 123 AND 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
