Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

All of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwcst Quarter of Section Eight (8), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East, containing 20 acres, more or less. Except road rights-of-way and utility easements, All as recorded in a deed dated November 4, 1987 from Kim and Nancy Alvis and Vera and Lee Ann Hamilton to Kim and Nancy Alvis.
