ZAMMIT A/K/A CRYSTAL ZAMMIT; RONALD J. ZAMMIT A/K/A RONALD ZAMMIT; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; LAUREL MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A N/K/A JARED SWAN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOYIA SWAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
