NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2013-CA-007313 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., 2006-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6 is Plaintiff and RENEE ANDREWS, STUART ANDREWS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 3, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 4, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RENEE ANDREWS , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STUART ANDREWS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of September, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4 and the West 33 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book A, Page 58, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
