NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in 2013 CA 001240 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MALCOLM M. KNOPF, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF IRVING F. KNOPF, DECEASED; BONNIE ALBRIGHT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 04, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 28 AND 29, BLOCK A OF WARM MINERAL SPRINGS UNIT 51, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES (S) 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
