NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 ca 005316, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DONALD SHEPHERD A/K/A DONALD E SHEPHERD; DEER HOLLOW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DARLENE SHEPHERD and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, SWARTZ SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 4 AND 4A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
