NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 13 day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053226, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES, MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB3 is the Plaintiff and ALBERT H. PLACE, JR., DECEASED JUDY A. PLACE; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 9 AND 10, BLOCK 3593, UNIT 46, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 118 TO 129, INCLUSIVE, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
