Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 8th day of August, 2014, and entered in case No. 13-CC-005345 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RENAISSANCE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MOETH JOHNSON, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MOETH JOHNSON now known as SUMINTRA JOHNSON, IBM SOUTHEAST EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; TRIANA II AT RENAISSANCE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and THE UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT now known as LASHEA MONET JOHNSON are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00AM at www,lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of September, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 54, Bldg. 5, TRIANA II OF RENAISSANCE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 4537, page 1143, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
