NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 14, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-053656, Division G, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., is Plaintiff, and LINDA J. LIKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA J. LIKER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 15 day of October, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 43 AND 44, BLOCK 3287, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 THRU 26 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
This property is located at the Street address of: 3314 SW 11TH PLACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33914.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
