Final Judgment was awarded on AUGUST 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053611, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff, and GUY A. GRIESSE; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 15 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 32 AND 33, BLOCK 648, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGE 149 TO 173, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
