NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on September 18, 2014, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 26, Block 4, WEDGEWOOD, Section 31, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 15, Page 125, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
