NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-052254 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 18 day of September, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, BLOCK 7, LEITNER CREEK MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
