NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-051000 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and LUCILLE GRISAFI; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK NA; PORTOFINO I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTOFINO MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

CONDOMINIUM UNIT 101, BUILDING 2, PORTOFINO 1 (AKA UNIT 2-101), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4269, PAGE 4786, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
