NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-050975 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2005-WMC4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WMC4, Plaintiff, and JOSE GALINDO A/K/A JOSE O. PAGUADA GALINDO, LAURETTA GALINDO A/K/A LAURETTA ALANA GALINDO A/K/A LAURETTA ALANA HOARE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100136300111266879), STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A MARSHA LOHBECK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 A/K/A GABE PEREZ; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES A/K/A LORA IZQUIERDO; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 800, OF UNIT 22, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
