Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on August 15, 2014 in Case No.: 13-CA-052159 in the Circuit Court for the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Eagle Focus, LLC a/k/a Eagle Focus Group, LLC, The Reserve at Estero Homeowners Association, Inc., David G. Minassian, Karen A. Minassian and Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Zack Eaton are named as defendants, on September 17, 2014, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for online auctions www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 16, of RESERVE AT ESTERO, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 51, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
