NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-050791 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and MARIA REYTOR; ORESTES ZAILA;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 464, UNIT 15, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 64 THROUGH 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
