NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-050311 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and WADE T. HAYES; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
EAST ONE HALF (E1/2) OF LOT 12, BLOCK 37, UNIT 10, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 35, AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
