Funk also known as Marcia Funk, Moody River Estates Single Family Residential Neighborhood Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., The Moody River Estates Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
