NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2013-CA-051472 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM A. YOUNG; CYNTHIA D. YOUNG; PINE MANOR IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MYRIKAL GUESS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 14 day of November, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 27, UNIT 6, PINE MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
