NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051111 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and LISAH RANKIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISAH RANKIN n/k/a PAUL RANKIN, ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., CONTEMPORARY DEVELOPMENT, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on September 17, 2014, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at ww.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1108, Building 11, of ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded under Clerk's File No. 200600154122, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of the said condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
