NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, filed August 1, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-059193 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 4th day of September, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, FIRST ADDITION TO COLONIAL TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
