NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-005749WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP is Plaintiff and DAVID B CARLETON, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONOF THE STATE OF FLORIDA , STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY CO., AS ASSIGNEE OF DIRECT MERCHANT BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID B CARLETON N/K/A TERRY LIANG A/K/A THERESA HUI PING LIANG, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THERESA HUI PING LIAN A/K/A TERRY LIANG, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, JEREMY MURPHY, JENNIFER ANNE CARLETON A/K/A JENNIFER MURPHY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER MURPHY N/K/A RYAN MURPHY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
