Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 29, 2014, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, such sale to be held online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 16, 2014.

For a point of reference commence at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence North 00 degrees 17'49” East, along the West boundary of said Southeast 1/4, a distance of 1708.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 55'59” East, parallel with the South boundary of said Southeast 1/4, a distance of 1346.77 feet; thence North 00 degrees 11'42” East, a distance of 1330.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North 89 degrees 55'59” West, a distance of 1312.60 feet to a point on the Easterly maintained right of way line of Handcart Road; thence North 00 degrees 11'37” East, along said right of way line, a distance of 665.00 feet; thence departing said right of way line, South 89 degrees 55'59” East, a distance of 1312.62 feet; thence South 00 degrees 11'42” West, a distance of 665.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT road right-of-way as contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 4640, page 321, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress-egress and utilities. Said easement being 70.00 feet in width and lying 35.00 feet on each side of the following described line:
