NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 30, 2014 entered in Case No. 2010 CA 5107 WS, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CHRISTOPHER J. TRZEINSKI are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pasco County, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on September 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT(S) 82, OF PLEASURE ISLES 1ST ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 140 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
