NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-005679-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Eben D. Mann a/k/a Eben Mann and Rheamay S. Mann a/k/a Rhea May Mann, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, LESS THE SOUTH 280.0 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE ROAD 41A, LYING IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
