NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003422-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-SD1, is Plaintiff and KEVIN T. HANSFORD; MIRIAM P. HANSFORD; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III , are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 83 AND 94, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, LESS THE EAST 10 FEET OF EACH LOT FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
