NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-009840-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-3, Plaintiff and Shane P. Drew and Jaime R. Drew, His Wife and Richard L. Jones are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK B, MEADOW OAKS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 121 THRU 125 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
