UNIT NO. 63, PHASE 1, THE VILLAGE AT QUAIL RIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER, WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT, INCLUDING THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED FRACTIONAL INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1934, PAGE 1 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
