NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007985-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Leroy Thompson III; Unknown Spouse of Leroy Thompson III; The Verandahs at Pasco Community Association, Inc.; CitiBank, N.A. successor by merger to CitiBank (South Dakota) N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 231 VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
