Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on August 11, 2014, the Clerk will sell the real property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as follows:

The North 428.0 feet of the East 204.0 feet of the West 1312.0 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 25 South, Range 22 East, Pasco County, Florida. Subject to right-of-way of Townsend Road.
PARCEL 2:
The North 428.0 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 25 South, Range 22 East, lying West of State Road 35-A, AND LESS the West 1312.0 feet thereof, Pasco County, Florida. Subject to right-of-way of Townsend Road.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 1, 2014, beginning at 11:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
