NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Pasco Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT B, BUILDING 34G, PARADISE POINTE WEST GROUP NO. 5, a Condominium, according to Plat Book 13, Pages 50 and 51 of Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and as it may be amended.

at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
