Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure” and “Order Rescheduling Sale” entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lots 173, 174 and 175, SUNBURST HILLS SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 47, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11 a.m. on September 18, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
