NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002968-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP , Plaintiff, and, TALLEDO, LUIS, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 12th day of September, 2014, the following described property:
Lot 1672, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT SEVEN PHASE 3, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 18 and 19, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
