NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Rem dated July 29, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-009314 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-0A3 is Plaintiff and JOANNA JIAMPETTI, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County on-line public auction website at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., beginning at 10:00 am on September 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Rem entered July 29, 2014, to-wit:
UNIT 1002N, VENTANA A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17719, PAGES 298 THROUGH 403 INCLUSIVE, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 151 THROUGH 165 INCLUSIVE, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
