NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 10-CA-014349 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Citimortgage, Inc is the Plaintiff and Jamie Dejesus Diaz; Bayonne II Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Renaissance Maintenance Association, Inc.; Sun City Center Community Association, Inc. ; Unknown Spouse of Jamie Dejesus Diaz; Unknown Spouse of Maria Trinidad Diaz Camacho a/k/a Trina Diaz C.; WCI Communities Inc.; Maria Trinidad Diaz Camacho a/k/a Trina Diaz C.; Unknown Tenant (s); in Possession of the Subject Property; Clublink US Corporation, d/b/a Club Renaissance; LHR Inc; LVNV Funding LLC are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, SUN CITY CENTER UNIT 270, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 157 TO 161 INCL, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
