NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 27, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-017186, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and MARGIE CURTIS AKA MARGIE A. CURTIS ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGIE CURTIS AKA MARGIE A. CURTIS ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on September 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 , BLOCK 5 OF WYNDHAM LAKE SUBDIVISION PHASE ONE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 30 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
