NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-08013765CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AC3, Plaintiff, and, COLLINS, STEVEN A., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of September, 2014 the following described property:
Lot 10, LESS SOUTH 60 FEET THEREOF, Block 9 of REPLAT OF PINE CITY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Map Book 5, Page(s) 74, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
