Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 2006-004713-CI pending in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Washington Mutual Bank, F.A. is the Plaintiff and Greg Leonberg and Loretta Spignardo f/k/a Loretta Leonberg, Michael's Pool Services & Repairs and Myrtle Point Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of September 2014, the following-described property set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14 OF MYRTLE POINT PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE(S) 51-58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
