NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-010584, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-FRE2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff and THERESA L. WATSON; JAMES D. WATSON; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of September, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 469, OF GREENDALE ESTATES FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
