Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated August 12, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 13-008756-CI, in the CIRCUIT COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ULTIMAR TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER A. STAPLETON, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 2006, ULTIMAR TWO, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 110, Pages 65 through 76, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 7872, pages 97 through 194, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto , and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 13th day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
