NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000176 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Alexander Muccioli are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 5, REDINGTON BEACH HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONVEYED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN O. R. BOOK 5391, PAGE 868, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
