NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000703 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Stephen J. De Gruccio a/k/a Stephen J. Degruccio a/k/a Stephen Degruccio are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 6, BAYOU BONITA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF LAND SET FORTH IN THAT CERTAIN SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14844, PAGE 2222, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14876, PAGE 1650, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
EXTENDED REAR YARD: FROM POINT B, THE SOUTHERN TERMINUS OF THE COMMON REAR LOT LINE, SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EXTENSION OF THE EASTERN SIDE LOT LINE OF LOT 13 TO THE NORTHEASTERN CORNER OF LOT 13; THEN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE PLATTED REAR LOT LINES OF LOTS 13 AND 14 TO THE NORTHERN CORNER OF LOT 14; THEN ALONG THE EXTENSION OF THE NORTHWESTERN SIDE LOT LINE OF LOT 14 TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE COMMON REAR LOT LINE; THEN SOUTHERLY ALONG THE COMMON REAR LOT LINE TO POINT B, THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
