NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-000785-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-PA2, is the Plaintiff and Stephaine G. Bartolotta also known as Stephaine Bartolotta, Tenant # 1 also known as Medgar Hamilton, Tenant # 2 also known as Patricia Berry, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14, ANNHURST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 68 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
