NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-007037-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2006-HE5 Trust , is the Plaintiff and Cecil Nipper Jr, Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And All Others Who May Claim An Interest In The Estate of Cecil Nipper, Jr., Deceased, Jane Doe nka Ann Harper, John Doe, Aletha Nipper, Diana Leech, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
160 FEET FROM THE WEST LINE AND 160 FEET FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF FARM ONE (1), MAP OF PINELLAS GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING IN THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5-30-16, BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; GO EAST 229 FEET, THENCE NORTH 100 FEET, THENCE EAST 67 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET, THENCE WEST 67 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
