NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-003337-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Candida Guthmiller, deceased, Angel S. Bonilla, as an Heir of the Estate of Candida Guthmiller, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
