NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-002474-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which MorEquity, Inc, is the Plaintiff and Roberto E. Sanchez aka Roberto Sanchez, Rosa Diaz De La Rocha, Tenant # 1 N/K/A: Mario Archundia , Tenant # 2 N/K/A: Ivan Rojo , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, BLOCK 10, COLFAX CITY SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
