Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 21, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 10 AND 11, BLOCK L, GULFVIEW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 31 THROUGH 33 (PER O.R. BOOK 10687 PG 2627 AND O.R. BOOK 14164, PG 1662), OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 905 LYNNLEA LN, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
