NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-004198-CI-19, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein MELISSA L. MIHOK, is Plaintiff, and JOEL M. SAMON, et.al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at the following website: http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of September, 2014, the following-described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Parcel 1:
Lot 7, Block 1, North Midway Subdivision No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 86 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Lot 9, Block 9, Ann Park Heights, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 100 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel 3:
Lot 23, Revised Map of Pine Lawn Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 29 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
