LOT 1, BLOCK 67, PASADENA ESTATES SECTION “H”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5802 9TH AVE S, GULFPORT, FL 33707; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
