Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 12-012837-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD RAHALL, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 34, OF TIERRA VERDE UNIT ONE, FIRST REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 85, 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of September, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
